1. 원칙 — 무관용
잼얘는 아동·청소년에 대한 성적 학대와 착취(CSAE)를 어떠한 형태로도 허용하지 않습니다. 다음 행위는 금지되며, 확인되는 즉시 조치합니다.
· 아동·청소년 성착취물(CSAM)을 제작·게시·전송·요청·소지를 권유하는 행위
· 아동·청소년을 성적 대상으로 삼는 글·사진·대화, 성적 목적의 접근과 길들이기(그루밍)
· 아동·청소년에게 성적인 사진·영상을 요구하거나 이를 빌미로 협박하는 행위(성착취 목적의 갈취)
· 아동·청소년 대상 성매매·인신매매를 알선·권유·유인하는 행위
· 위 행위를 미화하거나 조장하는 모든 표현
2. 성인 전용 서비스
잼얘는 만 19세 이상 성인만 이용할 수 있습니다. 가입 시 휴대전화 본인인증을 거치며, 미성년자의 가입을 허용하지 않습니다. 이용 중 미성년자로 확인된 계정은 즉시 이용을 제한합니다.
3. 예방 조치
· 아동·청소년 대상 성적 접근과 관련된 표현은 글·자기소개·대화명·대화에서 서버가 자동으로 차단합니다.
· 모든 대화방에는 아동·청소년 대상 성범죄에 대한 경고와 신고 안내를 표시합니다.
· 화면 캡처를 제한하여 대화와 사진의 무단 저장·유포를 줄입니다.
4. 앱 안에서 신고하기
누구나 프로필·피드 글·대화방의 ⋯ 메뉴에서 [신고하기]를 눌러 신고할 수 있으며, 신고 사유에 "미성년자 관련·그루밍 의심"이 있습니다. 신고와 함께 해당 상대를 차단할 수 있습니다.
앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요.
5. 신고 처리와 조치
· 접수된 신고는 운영팀이 24시간 이내에 검토합니다.
· 아동 성적 학대·착취에 해당하는 콘텐츠는 확인 즉시 삭제하고, 해당 계정은 영구 이용정지합니다.
· 확인된 아동·청소년 성착취물과 관련 정황은 관계 법령에 따라 수사기관 등 관계 기관에 신고하고, 수사에 필요한 자료 제공에 협조합니다.
· 회사는 관계 법령상 의무에 따라 대화 내용을 보관하며, 신고가 접수된 대화는 처리가 끝날 때까지 보존합니다.
6. 법령 준수
회사는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」, 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 등 대한민국의 아동 안전 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
긴급한 위험이 있는 경우 경찰(112)에 먼저 신고해 주세요. 불법 촬영물·성착취물 신고는 방송통신심의위원회(1377)에서도 받습니다.

1. Zero tolerance
Jaemyae prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form. The following are strictly forbidden and acted on as soon as we become aware of them:
· Creating, posting, sending, requesting or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
· Any content or conversation that sexualizes minors, and any sexual approach to or grooming of a minor
· Asking a minor for sexual images, or threatening a minor with such images (sextortion)
· Arranging, soliciting or promoting the sexual exploitation or trafficking of minors
· Any content that glorifies or encourages the above
2. Adults only
Jaemyae is for adults aged 19 and over (Korean age of majority). Every account must pass mobile phone identity verification at sign-up, and minors are not allowed to join. Any account found to belong to a minor is restricted immediately.
3. Prevention
· Expressions related to sexual approaches to minors are automatically blocked by our server in posts, profiles, nicknames and chats.
· Every chat room shows a warning about sexual crimes against children and how to report them.
· Screen capture is restricted to reduce unauthorized saving and sharing of chats and photos.
4. In-app reporting
Any user can report a profile, post or chat from the ⋯ menu with [Report]. The report reasons include "Minor-related / suspected grooming". The reported user can be blocked at the same time.

5. How we handle reports
· Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
· Content that constitutes CSAE is removed as soon as it is confirmed, and the account is permanently banned.
· Confirmed CSAM and related evidence are reported to law enforcement and other competent authorities as required by applicable law, and we cooperate with investigations.
· Chat records are retained as required by law, and reported chats are preserved until the case is closed.
6. Legal compliance
We comply with the child safety laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sex Offenses, and with other applicable child safety laws.
